Poet, writer, teacher. Researcher and explorer. Thinker and observer. Artist in wait. This is a strange and beautiful life.
I have recently joined the very exciting COPIM Project and Loughborough University as Research Associate in Archiving & Preserving Open Access Books, after departing my position at Bath Spa University, where I served as Research Publications Librarian for three years. In that position, I worked toward producing innovative open access ‘portfolios’ of creative practice research for REF2021, including fine art, performance, music composition, creative writing, design, film, and digital media.
After moving to the UK at the very beginning of 2013, I completed my PhD in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University (2017), in which I examine the intersection of poetry, science, and the spiritual. I also taught Creative Writing courses at Bath Spa for five years, from 2013 to 2018. My poems, reviews, and other works have been published both online and in print in the UK and the United States. If you would like to know more or are interested in collaboration, please contact me here.
