About

Poet, writer, researcher and explorer. Thinker and observer. Artist in wait. This is a strange and beautiful life.

Since 2021, I’ve been working as an academic researcher as part of the COPIM Project and now the Open Book Futures project at Loughborough University. Previously, I was a part of the academic community at Bath Spa University, where I served as Research Publications Librarian for three and a half years (2018-2021) creating innovative open access ‘portfolios’ of creative practice research for REF2021, including fine art, performance, music composition, creative writing, design, film, and digital media. Prior to this, I taught Creative Writing courses at Bath Spa for five years (2013-2018), as well as managing the Bath Spa Poetry Hub reading series for four of those years. During this period, I also completed my PhD in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University (2017), in which I examine the intersection of poetry, science, and the spiritual. My poems, reviews, and other works have been published both online and in print in the UK, USA, and abroad. If you would like to know more or are interested in collaboration, please contact me here.
